The Grandmas are Coming!
Travis is in Texas this week for business, so what else was there to do but call Grandma Jo? Bless her heart, she came back, even though she literllay worked herself sick last time she was here. In fact, she isn't quite healed, but came anyway to stay Sunday through Wednesday. It wasn't an easy few days...a big thanks again mom!!
Today, Grandma Amy and Papa are coming!! We are so excited for them to meet the babies. Travis will be home tomorrow evening. We will bless the babies Sunday, so Grandma and Papa will stay until after the blessing.

Workin' With Dad
Jake has been going to work with Travis a little bit these days. First because he loves it and second because it is very helpful to me. Travis took this picture today with his phone. Jake decided he would go ahead and load this calf into the trailer by himself. I am guessing he ended up needing just a little help...
Jake's Prayer
We all love it when it is Jake's turn to pray. Monday night it went like this:
"Heavenly Father, bwess Dad. Bwess Mom. Bwess him. Bwess Annie. Bwess Emma. Bwess her." Then he said amen. The him and the her would be Justin and Megan! Is this a step above the pink one and the blue one? I think we are making progress. :)

Double the Love
One cool kid
Exhausted after three hours of church (yep, we made it!)
"Mom, HE POOPED!!"
It is hard to see from the picture, but this is Justin in Megan's swing and Megan in Justin's swing. I did manage to get Justin the baseball blanket and Megan the one with pink lady bugs, but that is not always the case! I didn't think it would be difficult to keep him in blue and her in pink, but it just doesn't always work out!

Home Alone
After a month with Grandma Jo, we said good-bye on Tuesday afternoon. Talk about a tough farewell! I was so overwhelmed with first gratitude for all her help and secondly with fear--a little worried about how we were going to manage on our own. I am happy to report we are doing well, but we still would prefer grandma to move in permanantly. I worry the most about Jake. In fact he just now decided he wants some popcorn, but I have been feeding Justin. He informed me, "I want some popcorn. Put your boob away." Annie and Emma are doing very well. They are so willing to help. Yesterday I was feeding Megan and Justin decided he was starving. Emma very patiently held a crying Justin for 10 minutes while I finished with Megan. It was really special to watch her comfort him and love him. Grandma Jo and I have caught her more than once in the past few weeks holding one of her new siblings just staring at them at what seemed to be pure amazement and love.
The babies due date was yesterday. I am so grateful to have them here and we are overwhelmed by how blessed we have been. What a miracle to have two perfect babies!

Happy Birthday Jake!!
As a rookie blogger, I have loaded these pictures completely out of order and I apologize! Anyway, on Monday Jacob turned three! He had a really fun day--he actually is unaware that life isn't one big party, but to add cake and presents to a day was just perfect for him. He has had an interesting few weeks--he went from being our baby to our middle child all in one afternoon and there are times when the adjustment is a little rough. For his birthday we decided to take him to the Homedale bowling alley for bowling and burgers and then we headed home for presents and cake. Grandma Jo and Grandpa joined the fun.

Emma's Trip to the Fire Station
Today Homedale Kindergarten went to visit the fire station. Emma really wanted me to come with her so Grandma stayed with the babies and Jake and I went with Emma. Jake couldn't get to bed fast enough last night in anticipation of the day.

Go Homedale!
Check out Megan's bracelet! Annie always makes sure her baby sister is accessorized with custom made creations.
Bro!!!!
This is truly how they prefer to spend their time. This is how they enjoyed the afternoon session of conference.
Homedale had a cheer clinic for the elementary school. Annie and Emma were so excited to learn some cheers and then perform them at half time of the football game. Annie's excitement fained a little when she realized it was a bunch of high school boys for which she would be cheering. They both did great! Emma can move those hips just like Elvis!

The Pink One & The Blue One
With so many little ones it really is hard to call everyone by the correct name. We think Jake may have the right idea...let's just call Megan the "pink one" and Justin the "blue one".
